Following calculating our carbon footprint under the guidance of Heart of the City (The City Corporation’s sustainability initiative to assist SMEs), BBG has now taken the next step and has become Carbon Neutral!

It has been a fascinating journey from understanding the terminology, to being able to assess the CO2 emissions across all elements of our business: from energy used and resources employed, right down to our commutes and our digital usage.

A crucial additional benefit of our journey has been the knowledge and insights gained in understanding the significance of sustainability in the construction industry. This is enabling us to make a greater impact by working with clients to achieve their ESG goals, be it with Landlords dealing with their own buildings or occupiers seeking the most environmentally friendly spaces.
