BBG heralds new dawn for City A.M.
After a 7 year stint in Fenchurch Street at Aviva’s shortly to be redeveloped Fountain House in EC3, London’s leading business newspaper, City A.M. called on BBG Real Estate Advisers to find a new London office for its daily publishing operations.
After inspecting both leased and serviced options the BBG team found City A.M. two suitable options one on a leased basis, one serviced (aka flex). After a detailed analysis of the respective cost effectiveness and the deliverability, the serviced option won out.
Negotiations with Breezblok on a bespoke 66 person workspace resulted in a signed agreement a mere 9 days after first viewing of St Magnus House on Lower Thames Street, EC3 overlooking the River Thames Walkway and London Bridge.
