Acting on behalf of a Pension Fund client, BBG has let the 1st & 3rd floors in 78/79 Leadenhall Street, EC3.

The floors benefitted from a full refurbishment. The building is now fully occupied.  78/79 Leadenhall Street lies 300 metres to the east of major City buildings such as The Scalpel and The Leadenhall Building, with the majority occupied by AON and Amlin and bought last year for an eye watering £1.15bn by CC Land.
