Is the Pope chartered?

Agency surveyor, Fred (Pope) has passed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor at his first attempt.

The RICS sets a high bar nowadays requiring a broad skillset and wide range of experience (and many hours of revision!) in order that Members uphold the expectation of clients and the general public that advice and service will be of the highest standard and integrity.

There’s a strong likelihood we will be raising a few glasses to the latest successful candidate within BBG’s ranks.
