David Alcock

David joined bbg in 2017 moving more recently into a consultant role. He was previously in partnership at Newton Perkins, Gooch & Wagstaff and before that with Shell UK’s property division. David has a proven track record in initiating, structuring, and closing leasehold and freehold office transactions. Occupier clients range from City finance and insurance corporates, professional practices, Fintech, and TMT companies.  He is adept in advising for relocations, lease re-structurings and in developing letting strategies that mitigate costs with a focus on negotiating the best market value for clients.

David is a practising RICS APC Assessor with an enthusiasm for mentoring new surveyors in their property career, including our own team of graduates.  He holds the RICS Diploma in Business Management and Marketing.
