Challenge Group Brokers, advised by BBG, has completed a lease in 106 Leadenhall Street, EC3. Challenge has signed a new 5 ½ year lease on the 5th floor of 1,522 sq ft. It is another acquisition for occupier clients amongst a flurry of leasing activity in early 2018.
