BBG Client dips toe into Coldbath Square

Accountants KLSA (http://www.klsa.net/ ) have purchased 11 Coldbath Sq , EC1 for their own occupation for just over £2m (c.£860psf) advised by BBG.

KLSA will refurbish before taking occupation in March this year and will use the building to accommodate the firm’s expansion. The local environment and property market has benefitted greatly from the vibrant EC1 locality  http://www.bbgreal.com/stats-in-the-city/ec1
