BREAKING NEWS: BBG ADVISE THE ECONOMIST ON ADELPHI ACQUISITION

We are delighted to advise that The Economist Newspaper, advised by BBG, has completed a deal to move its UK editorial team to Blackstone’s The Adelphi, WC2. The global weekly news, business and politics newspaper will move its staff from 25 St James’s Street, SW1, to establish a new headquarters at The Adelphi.
The Economist Group has signed a 15 year lease to occupy 26,000 sq ft on the sixth floor of the 330,000 sq ft iconic art deco building. In addition to the newly refurbished floor space, The Economist will have exclusive access to a private terrace.
