BBG acquire the freehold of 56 Ayres Street, SE1

Acting on behalf of TH Real Estate, BBG has acquired the freehold interest of 56 Ayres Street, at 6,000 sq ft warehouse building in the heart of SE1. TH Real Estate will refurbish the vacant ground and lower ground floors and will be re-letting them through BBG and Union Street Partners. BBG acted for TH Real Estate on the purchase and Union Street Partners acted for the vendor.
