BBG acquire freehold of 36 – 38 Botolph Lane, EC3

Acting for a private syndicate managed by Fletcher King, BBG has bought the freehold of 36 – 38 Botolph Lane for £8.925 million. When the building becomes vacant later in 2016, Fletcher King will refurbish the office accommodation and remarket it. This is the 3rd recent purchase on behalf of syndicates managed by Fletcher King following their recent successful turnaround of 145 Leadenhall Street, together with a similar opportunity in Clerkenwell. BBG acted for the syndicate and Tuckerman acted for the vendor.
