BBG sell freehold of 14 Dufferin Street

Acting on behalf of a private investor, BBG have sold the freehold of 14 Dufferin Street to BADA, The British Antique Dealers Association. BADA will occupy part of the building for themselves and retain the remainder for income. The price achieved was £3.5 million, representing a capital value of £890 per sq ft. BBG acted for the vendor and BNP Paribas acted for the purchaser.
