BBG Real Estate Advisers have advised Colliers Capital, acting on behalf of Leicestershire County Council on the purchase of the head leasehold interest of 6 – 7 Queen Street, London EC4, for the sum of £2.5 million, representing a net initial yield of 14.9%. The headlease has a further 12 years to run. BBG acted jointly with Muxworthy LLP in advising Colliers on the purchase.
