BBG advise Fletcher King on purchase of 44 – 46 Sekforde Street, EC1

BBG Real Estate Advisers have advised a syndicated fund of Fletcher King, the specialist property fund management and asset management firm, on the purchase of 44 – 46 Sekforde Street EC1 for £6.25m.

The property comprises c.6,747 sq ft and will provide a short term income before Fletcher King refurbish, extend and re-let the building.
