BBG Real Estate Advisers, acting on behalf of Comverse Kenan UK, are pleased to announce the successful subletting of c.3,000 sq.ft. on the 7th floor in the iconic Adelphi building, to asset management firm, Franklin Templeton Investment Management.

Comverse is a Nasdaq listed technology company, which is one of the world’s leading communications systems and software providers, represented in 90 offices in 40 countries.
