BBG Negotiates Substantial Savings for City Client

BBG Real Estate Advisers have successfully negotiated substantial savings for Sportingbet Plc by releasing them from their liability over one of their floors at 45 Moorfields, London, EC2. The floor comprised just under 9,000 sq ft of office space and represented approximately one third of their overall occupational costs for the building.
