We are so pleased to share the sale of Botolph Lane for our client and asset manager Fletcher King; acting on behalf of a syndicate of investors. It has been an exciting project to be part of from advising on the initial purchase and refurb, to going on to let the entire building and then coordinating the sale.

The building was comprehensively refurbished to a high specification in 2019 by the team now GTH/architects. Botolph Lane covers 13,386sqft of prime real estate in the heart of the city – arranged over 5 floors with gorgeous roof terrace views to top it off!
