BBG partner wins "deal of year" nomination

We are delighted to report that Tom Boggis has been listed by independent house research house CoStar and the Office Agents’ Society for “West End deal of the year” for his advice to the Economist Group at the Adelphi building south of Strand.

The Economist leased 26,000 sq ft for their Editorial team in the Adelphi from Blackstone. This was the first deal that BBG transacted in The Adelphi and Tom Boggis and John Boon have subsequently also acquired 13,000 sq ft on the top floor for financial PR firm Finsbury. 

In a remarkable double nomination new BBG partner, David Alcock, has also been nominated for “West End deal of the year” by CoStar for his role advising fast expanding consumer finance provider New Day in it’s leasing at Argent’s renowned 3 million sq ft Kings Cross complex.
